Shipping Policy


Production

  • Each fine art print is professionally produced on-demand to ensure sustainability and to minimise waste. 

  • Due to variations in monitor calibration, the colours of the fine art prints may slightly differ from what you see on your screen.


delivery

  • Complimentary global shipping on all orders.

  • Following your order being placed, please allow up to 7 business days for your print to be professionally printed and carefully packaged. Your order will then be dispatched via PostNL. Estimated delivery times (following the 7 business days for printing and packaging) are approximately 3 working days within the Netherlands, 2 weeks across Europe, and 3 to 5 weeks for other international destinations.


Refund policy & exchanges

  • Under European Union regulations, consumers are typically entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. However, Article 10 (6) of the General Terms and Conditions provides an exception for products that are custom-made to a consumer's specifications. These products are not prefabricated and are created based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or are clearly intended for a specific individual.

  • All limited edition fine art prints available through this website are professionally printed on-demand. As these prints are bespoke, made-to-order items; they do not qualify for return or exchange.


Customs and import taxes/fees

  • All prices include 21% (or 9% where applicable) VAT as required by Dutch law. Orders within the Netherlands and most EU countries don't have customs or import fees. However, for other countries; the recipient is responsible for any customs duties or import fees. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these costs after purchase.

  • In addition, we cannot be responsible for delivery delays caused by customs procedures, as these are beyond our control.


damaged items

  • Every effort is made to ensure that items are securely packaged for their safe arrival. However, incidents during transit can occur. Upon receipt, customers are advised to promptly inspect their items. If there are any concerns, please contact hello@daniellapererastudio.com within 3 working days so that we can evaluate the issue together and make it right.
