Shipping Policy
Production, processing and shipping
On this website, I offer limited edition giclée prints. These are professionally printed as and when you place an order, which is more sustainable and helps to reduce waste.
Once you have placed your order, it can take up to 7 business working days to get it professionally printed, for me to carefully package it and to then ship it via PostNL. Once the order is dispatched by PostNL, the delivery time for the Netherlands is about 3 working days, for Europe about 2 weeks and for the rest of the world anywhere between 3 -5 weeks.
Customs and import taxes/fees
Orders within the Netherlands and most of the EU are free of any customs and import taxes/fees. Please note that customs and import taxes/fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost applied to your order. As a buyer, you are responsible for payment of any customs and import taxes/fees that may be applied in the country your order is delivered to and I will not be responsible for these costs retrospectively.
Damaged items
Whilst I take every care in packaging your item securely so that it arrives to you safely, accidents in transit still do happen. Therefore once you receive your item, please do open and inspect it immediately. Should you have any concerns, please send an email within 3 working days to hello@daniellapererastudio.com so that we can evaluate the issue together and make it right.
Refund Policy & Exchanges
Whilst there is a 14-day no-questions asked cooling off period in the European Union, there is an exception to this namely Article 10 (6) of the General Terms and Conditions which states that the supply of products manufactured to the consumer's specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person to be destined.
All limited edition giclée prints available on this website are professionally printed only as and when you place an order. These prints are custom-made products for you, and therefore they cannot be returned or exchanged.
